Can residents collect outside reception hours?
They can collect without a staffed handover where the selected system and building access arrangements allow it. A locker does not automatically give residents access to a locked lobby or guarantee round-the-clock entry.
How many compartments will the building need?
Plan around delivery peaks, parcel sizes and how long items stay before collection. The number of homes alone is not enough to set capacity. Read the capacity-planning questions.
What happens to oversized or uncollected parcels?
Agree a separate location and handover process for parcels that do not fit, together with reminders, collection deadlines and staff responsibility for overdue items. These rules should be included in resident onboarding.
