Parcel lockers designed
around your requirements.
Specify the furniture, access methods, software and way your building handles parcels in one coordinated Hublok system.
The right fit.
Physically and operationally.
Hublok designs and manufactures locker furniture in the UK, combining it with Metra electronic locking, configurable software, installation and support.
We start with your delivery process: who deposits, who collects, what needs recording and what happens if a parcel is left uncollected.

Furniture that fits
Agree the footprint, compartment mix, materials, finishes and graphics around the building and likely parcel sizes.
Access that works
Select suitable credentials such as PIN, QR, barcode or access card, with notifications configured for your users.
Connected workflows
Explore mailroom and building-platform integration, reporting and administrator permissions during technical discovery.
What does your building need?
A bespoke system brings the locker design and collection process together around your requirements. We can help you plan for:
- A particular design, finish or combination of door sizes
- Integration with an existing mailroom or identity platform
- Staff-managed deposits or internal peer-to-peer handovers
- Multiple approved access and notification methods
- A workplace or managed mailroom environment
Courier agnostic
The system can be configured for authorised deposits from different delivery providers, rather than being restricted to one courier brand.
Wired Metra technology
Hublok’s connected solution uses Metra electronic locking. Power, network connections and technical responsibilities are agreed for the project.
A defined project scope
Furniture, hardware, software, installation, support and any recurring charges are set out in your proposal.

Self-service, managed mailrooms and connected handovers.
Software and integrationsYour parcel locker questions, answered
Are these lockers suitable for residential buildings?
Yes. Hublok’s bespoke systems can be planned for apartment buildings and student accommodation as well as workplaces. The layout, building access, resident onboarding and collection process are specified for the setting.
Can different couriers deliver to the same system?
The system can be configured for authorised deposits from different delivery providers. Building entry, recipient identification and deposit permissions must be agreed; a courier still needs access to the collection point.
What affects the cost?
Compartment quantity and sizes, construction, finish, electronic hardware, software, integrations, site access and installation all affect the proposal. See the cost and planning guide for the information needed to build a useful quotation.
What is included after installation?
Commissioning, training, warranty, software responsibilities and aftercare are defined in the project proposal. Agree the support contact and the procedure for a failed collection before handover.
Preparing a project brief?
Understand the factors that affect cost, the information needed for capacity planning and the installation questions to resolve early.
