Hublok installed a parcel locker unit in Metafour’s own office. The original account describes integration with the self-service software developed together by the two teams.
Furniture and brand working together
Metafour’s marketing team worked with Hublok’s design team on the appearance of the unit, including its branded graphics. The installation therefore brought the deposit and collection journey together with a cabinet designed for the setting.
What this demonstrates
The project is an example of coordinating furniture design and software during specification. For a similar self-service installation, agree the authorised deposit journey, the collection method, notification requirements and how staff deal with exceptions before manufacture.
