Smart Locker Installation for a Global Financial Institution in DUBLIN

We’re proud to have recently completed the design, manufacture and installation of a smart locker solution for a major international financial organisation.

While we’re unable to name the client, this project highlights how intelligent locker systems are transforming workplace operations—particularly in high-security, high-volume environments.

This solution was delivered by Hublok, in partnership with Metra technology, and fully integrated with the client’s existing mailroom platform, Metafour.

The locker system has been deployed to support two key operational workflows:

  • Inbound parcel management
    Secure delivery and automated notification for staff to collect items at their convenience.

  • Internal peer-to-peer distribution
    Enabling employees to securely send items to colleagues without requiring manual handling or central coordination.
